AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND RESERVE DAILY

1. General Terms

By accessing and using the Reservedaily website, mobile, or tablet application, or any other features or platforms (collectively, “Our Website”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all these Terms, you may not use Our Website. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Reservedaily” refers to Reservedaily A/S, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of Our Website. THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Health & Wellness Category Terms:

  1. Marketing Platform: stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud operates solely as a marketing platform for health and wellness service providers. We do not directly provide or control any health or wellness services.

  2. Acceptance of Services: By purchasing a product in the health and wellness category, you acknowledge that your agreement is with the service provider. stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud is not responsible for the products or services delivered.

  3. Limitation of Liability: stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud is not liable for any damages or issues arising from the services or products provided by third-party merchants.

  4. Health Disclaimer: Consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using any products or services. stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud is not responsible for medical advice.

  5. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms without notice. Regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.

Travel-Related Category Terms:

  1. Platform Use: stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud serves as a hotel and travel search engine. We do not provide, own, or control any travel or accommodation services.

  2. Agreement with Service Providers: When booking a hotel or travel service, you enter into a direct contract with the respective service provider (“Providers”). Reservedaily is not responsible for the quality or fulfillment of travel bookings.

  3. Changes and Availability: Prices, availability, and booking terms for hotels, tours, excursions, or other services are managed by the Providers. Reservedaily does not guarantee real-time updates of prices or services.

  4. Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. In case of overbooking, we will inform you and fully refund the payment.

  5. Booking Amendment & Cancellation: Each service provider has its own amendment and cancellation policy. Refer to your booking confirmation email or the policy on the specific listing for details.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms periodically to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or business practices. Your continued use of our Platform will be governed by the most recent version of the Terms.

3. Access and Use of the Platform

  • The Platform is free for personal, non-commercial use.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
  • Users must not introduce harmful material such as viruses or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform. Any breach may result in legal action and termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights on our Platform are owned or licensed to stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without permission. Breach of these terms will result in immediate suspension of access.

5. Fulfillment Policy

Once payment is completed, your booking is accepted and a confirmation email will be sent. In case of overbooking, we will fully refund your payment. For additional booking confirmation, contact [book@reservedaily.com].

6. Availability and Refunds

Reservedaily does not guarantee the availability of services at all times. If items become unavailable or need to be refunded:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, excluding bank charges.
  • Refunds under RM200 or for upgrades or downgrades will be issued as store credit or vouchers for use on stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud.

7. Booking Tour Policy

For tours, full payment is required 60 days prior to the tour date. For bookings within 60 days of the tour, payment is required immediately. No cancellations are allowed once the payment is made. Carefully review your travel plans before booking.

8. Points and Rewards Terms

  1. Eligibility

    • Points and rewards are available to registered members only.
    • Points are earned through eligible purchases, referrals, or promotional campaigns.
  2. Earning Points

    • Points are earned based on the specific criteria outlined in the campaign or promotion (e.g., 1 point for every RM100 spent or for referrals).
    • Points may take up to 7 days to appear in your account after qualifying actions.
    • Certain promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers may be excluded from earning points. Please check the product details before making a purchase.
  3. Using Points

    • Points can be redeemed for eligible products or discounts as per the reward guidelines.
    • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
    • A minimum point balance may be required to redeem rewards.
  4. Reward Expiry

    • Points and rewards are subject to expiry. Check your account for validity dates.
    • Expired points or rewards cannot be reinstated or extended.
  5. Rewards Availability

    • Rewards are subject to stock availability. Popular items may have limited availability, and rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. Restrictions

    • Points and rewards are valid only on health & wellness, tour products unless otherwise stated.
    • Certain promotions or discounted products may not qualify for point redemption.
  7. Referral Points

    • Referral points are earned when referred individuals complete their first qualifying purchase using your referral link.
    • Duplicate or fraudulent referrals will not earn points and may result in account suspension.
  8. Payment Failure

    • If a payment fails, points will not be earned, and rewards may not be applied. Please ensure sufficient funds or valid payment information before proceeding.
    • If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.
  9. Program and Management Discretion

    • Points and rewards are subject to the discretion of the program and management. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
  10. Corrections and Errors

    • The company reserves the right to correct errors in point calculations or reward redemptions, even after the transaction has been completed.
