• stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud is not liable for any failure to attend or utilize the purchased service or product, and no refunds will be provided for missed, expired, or unutilized bookings.

5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud within 7 days of receiving the item.

6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.

• Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.

• Providing false or misleading information to secure bookings or discounts.

• Reselling or unauthorized transfers of bookings or products.

Any users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using stg-reservedailycom-staging.kinsta.cloud services.

Failure to provide the requested identification may result in the cancellation of the booking or purchase without eligibility for a refund.
